The Disk Usage tool breaks down space by folder, so you can see whether your website files, databases, email or backups are the culprit. Old backups and large mailboxes are common surprises.
Delete old backups you’ve already downloaded, clear cache and log files, and archive or trim large mailboxes. Removing what you don’t need is usually quicker than upgrading.
Check usage periodically and before big uploads. If you’re genuinely outgrowing the plan, upgrading gives you headroom — but clear the obvious clutter first.
